Scott was very thorough and kind. He went above and beyond to explain what else I could do to reduce spiders in my home. My michigan basement has been a spider paradise, but with his advice and service I feel confident in stopping then. Will continue to use them yearly and as needed for my pest control needs! I had initially planned to have Maple Lane take care of my problem, but while I was waiting for my appointment I did a bit of research and started working on a solution myself. I called to let them know and they said it would be ok to cancel, but if I'd like they can still send someone out for a reasonable consulting fee. I took them up on their offer. The meeting went great. I was commended on my efforts so far and was given an amazing education on what to do next, why, and how to manage things long term. Then he asked if I'd like him to walk my property and look for any potential ingress points for rodents. All in all it was well worth the money, and best of all my issue is resolved.
